We want to be upfront about this so there is no confusion.
Please note that all ticket sales are final, and refunds are only given in limited circumstances.
Treat your ticket like a concert ticket. So if you can't make it and someone else is on a waiting list and pays. Then you get a refund minus any transaction fees.
Or if you find someone who wants to come they can pay you directly!
To be clear, this is your responsibility, similar to an event ticket. We will try our best to help you out.
There are strictly no refunds within the 2 weeks prior to the event as the money will have been spent on preparations, staffing, etc for the event, and we're busy preparing (aka we don't have time to try to sell your ticket for you that close to the dates).
If worst comes to worst and you can't make it we will try and do our best to accommodate you at a future retreat OR give you access to one of our online assets.
These tours are planned in advance and the money from the tickets is spent to make your experience better.
We aren't sticking the funds in our pockets and going to blow it at the casino or fancy restaurants.
ALL the money goes back into the land!
Which means we do not have thousands of dollars sitting around for refunds.
It is our passion to keep learning, sharing, and being as transparent as possible.
