This is the real project plan. It's your money in and out and your timeline. It tracks your projects value and equity over time. 

I personally don't mind it and I use it all the time but for some people they would rather just have it done for them.

3. A business plan - the final details that tie it all together. 

This is there for both you to make sure you've thought of all the things that might come up along your journey and also as a formality to communicate with banks, investors, etc.

So don't feel like you have to get us to do them for you. 

I'm just offering it because, honestly, these things can be tedious.
