How To Upgrade Your Accommodation...
All the pricing is based on a camping ticket.

If you want to upgrade to upgrade to a Bell Tent there is a check box below in the order form that says... "Yes, I Will Upgrade To A Bell Tent!"

We only have 15 new bell tent upgrades available and they always sell out fast.

With the bell tents we have a single queen bed in them. They are perfect for singles or a couple.

Refund Policy...
We want to be upfront about this so there is no confusion.

Refunds are given if and when someone takes your spot.

So if you can't make it and someone else is on a waiting list and pays. Then you get a refund minus any transaction fees.

Or if you find someone who wants to come they can pay you directly! Just email us to transfer the ticket on our end.

To be clear, this is your responsibility, similar to an event ticket. Although we will try our best to help you out.

There are strictly no refunds within 21 days prior to the event as the money will have been spent on food, staffing, etc for the event, and we're busy preparing (aka we don't have time to try to sell your ticket for you that close to the dates).

If worse comes to worst and you can't make it, we will try and do our best to accommodate you at a future retreat OR give you online course access and access to our VIP group and consulting time (same value as the workshop).

But since we are selling the workshop tickets months in advance this year and estimate they will all sell our long before they take place. We will likely not have room to accommodate you at a future one.

These workshops / retreats are planned in advance and the money from the tickets is spent to make your experience better.

We aren't sticking the funds in our pockets and going to blow it at the casino or fancy restaurants.

ALL the money goes back into the land!

Which means we do not have thousands of dollars sitting around for refunds.

It is our passion to keep learning, sharing, and being as transparent as possible.
Travel Policy...
You're responsible for all travel requirements, including passports, border crossing requirements, adhering to any government requirements and transportation to the land.

Please confirm your documents are up to date and that you meat the entry requirements to the country prior to purchasing your ticket.

No other refunds are offered because people could buy the course, screenshot all of our hard work and information, and then request a refund, which is not fair to us. Once you sign in to the course on the Thinkific platform or view the intellectual property, this refund policy applies. 

Workshop tickets are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the workshop start date because we have already used your fees to begin preparing the space for you so if at that time you decide you can't come, you can sell your ticket to someone else. It is not our responsibility to find a buyer for your ticket.
