We want to be upfront about this so there is no confusion.
Refunds are given within 14 days of your purchase OR if/when someone takes your spot.
So if you can't make it and someone else is on a waiting list and pays. Then you get a refund minus any transaction fees.
Or if you find someone who wants to come they can pay you directly! Just email us to transfer the ticket on our end.
To be clear, this is your responsibility, similar to an event ticket.
There are strictly no refunds within 21 days prior to the event as the money will have been spent on food, staffing, etc for the event, and we're busy preparing (aka we don't have time to try to sell your ticket for you that close to the dates).
If worse comes to worst and you can't make it, we will do our best to accommodate you at a future workshop OR give you online course access with one year access to our VIP group and consulting time (same value as the workshop).
But since we are selling the workshop tickets months in advance this year and estimate they will all sell our long before they take place. We will likely not have room to accommodate you at a future one.
These workshops / retreats are planned in advance and the money from the tickets is spent to make your experience better.
We aren't sticking the funds in our pockets and going to blow it at the casino or fancy restaurants.
ALL the money goes back into the land!
Which means we do not have thousands of dollars sitting around for refunds.
It is our passion to keep learning, sharing, and being as transparent as possible.
